Homesty Tenant process

Create a profile
Set up your account, This is your chance to 'stand out' to Landlords so tell them about yourself and your situation. They review your profile to see if you are a match.

Browse homes
Discover your next home! Swipe through and 'like' homes that meet your needs. View property information, photos, floor plans and the all important location information.

Request a viewing
This is where the magic starts to happen. At this point, you'd start talking with the Landlord directly without any 3rd party agent choosing what to tell either party for their own interests.

Make an offer
Post viewing is where you can put your best case forward to the Landlord within the App. Offer how much you want to pay, for how long and any other information. They now have 24hr to accept, counter or reject your offer. They may have more than one and they will look at your reference material while choosing

Move-in to your new home
Once the two of you have agreed. It's time to complete the process by paying your deposit, 1st month's rent and signing your agreement. Get your keys and now you are home.
