Step by Step letting with Homesty.
Renting a home with Homesty is simple, secure and refreshing. Here's how it works.
Homesty Tenant process

Upload your property
Download the App and upload your details and property information, photos, floor plan, EPC, Rental price, availability and any amenity that makes your property appealing. Plus proof of ownership.

Pick a tenant
Now the fun stuff happens, Tenants will start to express interest in your property by ‘Linking’ it. You get to see their credentials. Don’t worry, they can’t badger you directly; it's now down to you if you want to start a dialogue with them.

Request a viewing
The Tenant will then request a viewing. You’ll get the chance to meet them in person or via a video chat to show them around the property. Giving you that extra vetting process that not all agents can offer.

Simply get your contract out
Once you’ve accepted their offer, you’ll receive the financial situation and any guarantors on their side. You can then use Homesty’s lease contract, or you can upload your own.

Step 6: Receiving payment and signed contract
The Tenant pays the deposit, first month rent and signs the contract. After this process is completed, you countersign and your let.

Withdraw funds and register with TDS
Payment is ready in an escrow account for you to withdraw within 7 days, and is ready to register with the Tenancy deposit scheme.

Step 8: Get the property ready and handover the keys
Tenant is handed the keys on move-in day and a warm rush of satisfaction as you realise how simple it was and the £1000s you’ve saved.

Step 9: Staying connected with your tenant
Any issues that arise with the property, the tenant messages you directly through the App.
