Meet Martha & Duncan: The New Marketing Power Duo at Homesty
At Homesty, we’re reimagining renting — not just by building a better product, but by bringing in the right people to scale it with care, clarity, and impact.
We’re excited to introduce Martha Agricola, Chief Brand & Growth Officer, and Duncan Rooney, Chief Marketing Officer — two leaders with different superpowers, working toward one shared goal: making Homesty the trusted, people-first platform for renting in the UK.
A Shared Mission, Two Distinct Lanes
We’re both here to grow Homesty — but how we get there is where our strengths shine.
Martha brings strategic vision across brand, positioning, and long-term growth. Her background in building culturally relevant consumer brands means she’s focused on how Homesty shows up in the world — from storytelling and launch campaigns to investor positioning and user trust. She’s making sure our growth is not just fast, but meaningful.
Duncan leads on performance marketing, acquisition, and partnerships. With deep experience in proptech, he’s focused on delivering results at scale — from landlord acquisition funnels to paid media performance and new growth channels. He’s building the engine that drives real volume into the platform.
Why We Joined
We both saw the same opportunity: the UK rental system is overdue for a shake-up. It’s confusing, clunky, and too often unfair.
Homesty’s mission — to make renting direct, secure, and radically fair — hit home. It’s not just a product; it’s a reset button on how renting should feel: human, transparent, and empowering.
Our Combined Focus
Together, we’re merging brand clarity with acquisition muscle, storytelling with scale, and mission with momentum.
